Anyass Eddy Ventures Ghana Limited was incorporated as a Ghanaian owned Limited Liability Company under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), on the 2nd day of June, 2022. The company has obtained a license from the Ministry of Works and Housing in Ghana.
Mr. Anyass Eddy Come Boulot is the majority shareholder and Managing Director of the Company.

The company has just been established and poised to do successful businesses with the government of Ghana as well as private business partners. Organizational Structure
Anyass Eddy Ventures has been structured with a well-defined reporting hierarchy of authority as well as span of control in order to ensure the Company’s attainment of its short and long term target.
The Company has a Management Team made up of experienced professionals of varied backgrounds. As indicated, the board members and management staff have experiences that cover multiple disciplines including Finance, Commodities Purchasing, Oil and Gas, Project Management, Research and Administration, and Human Resources.
ANYASS EDDY COME BOULOT; MANAGING DIRECTOR (MD)
Mr. Anyass is a successful business man who has earned himself an enviable reputation as far as general business engagements are concerned. He is richly endowed with experience in entrepreneurship with more than 15years of experience. A master planner, a skilled person in project implementation and a multidisciplinary team leader and resource allocator. Mr. Anyass has successfully executed a wide range of projects not only on point but on time as well. His experience runs through brokerage, automobile, estate development and of course administration. Mr Anyass owns a registered company in the United States of America that engages in automobile and its related equipment, which company he has successfully managed for the past seven (7) years.
MUSAH FUSEINI; CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR/BOARD MEMBER
Mr Musah Fuseini an Educationist, a Researcher and an Administrator. Having earned his Bachelor’s degree at the university of Cape Coast; Bachelor of Education in Psychology (Economics and Business Management), he taught economics at the Senior High School level for five years. Through his hard work and innovativeness, he rose rapidly through the ranks to the level of a Deputy Senior Housemaster within three years. Mr Musah was also given the role to play as the coordinator of Morocco Scholarships, a scholarship programme earned by the school through the then PTA Chairman of the School. Mr Musah as the coordinator of the scholarship package ensured that students met the criteria for selection and made it possible for a good number of students to get the scholarship. As a founding member and patron of the Writers’ Club at NASS, Mr Musah through the support of his team and a former student of the school who was based in London, worked hard to win an exchange program between NASS and Walton Girls High School at Lincolnshire in England. The schools visited each other and he formed part of the NASS team that represented the school in England.
During his stay in London, he worked at London ISS as a deputy supervisor. In addition, he worked as a Business Dvelopment Executive at FTGlobal Limited, London. After his return to Ghana, Mr Musah worked at the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum as a Research Officer after which he lectured Economics at Blue Crest University College for a while.
NASURULAI ABDULAI
Mr Nasurulai is a Ghanaian administrator, lecturer, and consultant. In 2009, Mr Nasurulai successfully completed his bachelor’s degree program at University for Development Studies where he studied B.A. (Hons) Integrated Development Studies. He continued to study his master’s degree at Coventry University London Campus where he successfully studied MBA in Oil and Gas Management in 2011.
Between 2010 and 2011, Mr. Nasurulai controlled and regulated the operation of electronic cash (E-cash) used in MTN mobile money service (an electronic money transfer service) as well as sold electronic cash to merchants of the MTN mobile money as a mobile banking assistant at the Tamale branch of Fidelity Bank Ltd. Between 2013 to 2016, he worked as Head of Department for petroleum Studies at Blue Crest University College and part-time lecturer at Ghana Christian University College where he lectured various Oil and Gas courses at both institutions and supervised colleague lecturers at Blue Crest University college. From 2017 to 2018, he worked as an adjunct lecturer on Oil and Gas Management at Regent University College where he taught professional courses such as Oil and Gas Project Management, Risk Management in Oil and Gas, Introduction to Petroleum Geology, etc.
Another challenging position held by him between October 2019 and October 2020 is Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Project Manager for a GREEN ENS INC(A South Korean Multinational firm)-Carbon for Free Cookstove Project. He led the UN’ team at Green ENS Inc in implementing the programme of activities for the distribution of 500,000 Improved Cook Stoves (ICS) across Ghana through ensuring compliance with all CDM protocols in line with the directives set by United Nations Climate Change Centre in the Republic of South Korea. He this successfully by working with the Renewable Energy Directorate of Ministry of Energy (MOE) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana to select beneficiaries of the ICS. He is currently the Director of Communications, Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation (GIISDEC).
RAYMOND BAGNABU; BOARD MEMBER
Mr Raymond Bagnabu is a legal practitioner and a member of the Board of Directors of North Lane Company Limited. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from University of Ghana in 1999 after which he enrolled at the Ghana School of Law and successfully completed his professional Law Course in 2001. He was therefore called to the Ghana Bar in 2001 as Barrister and Solicitor. Currently Mr Raymond is a Senior Partner of Pwamang and Associates-Legal Consultants and Notary Publics. From 2004 to 2010, he was also a Senior Partner of Law Associates, Accra. He has held several positions with advisory responsibilities including being Member of Ministerial Tender Review Board-Ministry of Defence (Ghana), legal advisor of M3 Motors Company Limited, Corporate Legal advisor and Secretary of Mediwise International Limited, Accra among other positions such as Legal Advisor of Guanhua Mining Limited, Accra/Prestea.
JAMES OFORI-BOAMAH
Mr James Ofori-Boamah, a board member of our company, is a product of University of Birmingham-Uk and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he obtained his Master of Science in Road Management & Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering respectively. Mr James has worked in distinguished capacitieHer s in Ghana’s construction and Civil Engineering sectors. He has supervised many projects including Civil Works Supervision of Selected Ghana-Acrow and Ghana-Spanish Bridges in Upper West Region of Ghana, Zone A-LOT 17, Construction Supervision of Selected Feeder Roads in Upper West Region of Ghana, A-LOT 15, Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision of 75.208km Agogo-Afrisere-Dome Trunk Road: (Contract Lots AF1 and AF2) to name a few.
